Located in the picturesque town of Minocqua, Wisconsin, project Ocqua is a highly anticipated transformation that aims to redefine the experience of residences and hospitality in the area. The anchor of the Ocqua portfolio is a truly unique piece of real estate that encompasses nearly a half acre between the main street and breathtaking views of Lake Minocqua. The ample space of the property makes it the only opportunity for significant redevelopment in all of downtown Minocqua. Minocqua is home to Winterpark which has over 45 miles of groomed trails making it one one of the premier cross country skiing areas in the country. Additional winter activities include snowmobiling, ice fishing, ice skating and many others!

The world's longest running amateur water ski show is right in downtown Minocqua. See shows Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 pm.
